Virtual
The virtual training takes place over the internet and is live, real time, instructor led session. All virtual training programs are geared towards the end user for a function specific program or a refresher on a specific topic.
Virtual Training
Virtual training is a training session where you access and communicate with instructor over the web. Virtual classes include lecture, system instructions, question and answer period and review. Virtual training programs are designed to reinforce our classroom training and to increase your level of knowledge on a particular subject or function within INFO-Tracker.

Ideal for training of 3 or more people on the same topic. The on-site training enables instructor to focus on your organizational requirements and infrastructure and to identify most effective ways to use INFO-Tracker based on your functional needs. In addition, it is a cost effective training method for all customized training solutions.
On-Site Training
On-site training is ideal method to deliver training to your staff for all new installations, especially when there is more than 2 people required to be trained. Classroom Hands-On Training
There are different classes offered, each designed to equip the participant with a specific set of skills and knowledge within the system:
INFO-Tracker Level 1 (3 days)
This course is designed for new users and will take the user on a step by step basis through most of the Property Management and Maintenance features and functions of INFO-Tracker.
INFO-Tracker Level 2 (2 days)
This course is designed to assist property managers, co-ordinators and site managers in utilizing the subsidy calculator and HUD compliance module within INFO-Tracker. This course is a must for affordable housing managers.
Maintenance from A through Z (2 days)
This course is developed for property managers and maintenance staff and will take you through every maintenance related function within INFO-Tracker.
Work Orders & Unit Make Ready (1 day)
This course is designed to focus on a daily function of the maintenance staff and site managers. The user will learn how to generate work orders, inventory control and unit preparation steps for occupancy.
Inspections (1 day)
Learn how to take advantage of the most flexible inspection system on the market to date.
Arrears (1 day)
This course is designed for management and accounts receivable staff. Participants will be taken on a step by step basis through the system and will learn tools and functions of the system designed for effective receipts and arrears management.
INFO-Tracker Accounting (2 days)
This course will teach the participants accounting components of the INFO-Tracker, including G/L, A/R and A/P.
INFO-Tracker ReportWriter (2 days)
This course is designed to enable your organization to create your own reports and notices. We recommend advanced windows skills and some knowledge of the databases as a prerequisite.
Wait List and Applicant Management (1 day)
This course focuses on waiting list and applicant management. In addition, compliance with minimum targets and priority setting will be reviewed.
Customized training programs
We will custom tailor a training program based on your organizational needs.
T for T (Training for Trainers)
This course is designed for individuals that take a training role within the organization once INFO-Tracker is implemented and initial training is completed. This program will enable the participant to effectively use their knowledge in demonstrating and teaching INFO-Tracker to their co-workers and new employees.
Install & Configure
This is a technical course designed for individuals who wish to become a Certified INFO-Tracker Administrator. Networking knowledge is a prerequisite for this course.
