Scheduled & Preventive Maintenance
With limited resources it is not always possible for a customer to implement a proactive system maintenance program, to ensure that any possible issues that may arise are dealt with right away. We are dedicated to offer you support programs designed to deliver the level of support that is required by your organization. We become your Information Services outsourced department working WITH you delivering technological services throughout your organization.
Dial-in Support
Dial-in support is designed to further enhance telephone support and training. It offers visual access to the same information displayed on-line to both customer and support or training staff member.
On-site Support
When requested, our technical engineers will visit a customer site for pre-arranged service and training.
