The entire process of CERTIFICATION is simplified with INFO-Tracker, including Section 8, Section 236, Rent Supplements, Rental Assistance Payments just to name a few. As a true Windows product, system is equipped with 50058, 50059, HAP in both on-line and report formats assisting the user in data validation procedures and will generate certification and re-certification forms both on-line or in printed form acceptable by HUD and RHS. The electronic TRACS download is done via MCSS or an output to a diskette that can be forwarded for subsidy collection in the format required by the government.

All certification notices are generated by the system eliminating the need to track certification renewal history and details on on-going basis.
