The training is the most critical component of any implementation.  In order to implement organization-wide standards and to maximize the benefit of INFO-Tracker™, a complete range of training services is being offered covering every module, feature and function in order to ensure that all INFO-Tracker features and functions are used to the fullest extent possible:

The training can be conducted in one of Netintegrity Training facilities, however to help customers to minimize costs related to travel, same hands-on training can be conducted at a local training facility near you or in your office. All training programs are designed for groups of up to (10) ten participants.
Although the training is function specific, we strongly recommended having senior management present at all times during initial training in order to identify how to maximize your investment in the most effective way possible for your organization. All front line and management staff as well as anyone who will be participating in day-to-day use of the system should attend applicable to their responsibilities training sessions conducted by Certified INFO-Tracker™ Instructors.
The focus of Netintegrity’s training staff is to provide assistance to each participant relating all system functions to their daily tasks and system navigation via the hands on navigation of each assignment.
