Admin Training - System Set Up

The  Admin Training – System Setup program was designed for IT Staff and for the implementation project team members. The purpose of this program is to provide hand-on expertise to users responsible for the initial system setup and configuration. Whether you're new to INFO-Tracker or an experienced power user looking to enhance system security the administrator training session will help you to achieve such goals.

Course Description

The  Admin Training – System Setup program is the foundation for your implementation success. During this course, participants will learn most effective ways implementing corporation wide processes and then controls for each department. Using step by step methodology, discussion will also include consideration and implementation of best practices. Through a series of hands-on exercises, participants will practice key tasks associated with: system and module setup, creating and configuring business user profiles as well as identify methodologies for implementation of the organization-wide security and controls.

  • Describe how INFO-Tracker characterizes, classifies and segments data
  • Use various search and navigation tools to find records in INFO-Tracker
  • Set up Users with Role-Specific access privileges
  • Using new user profiles perform end-user tasks specified above
  • Plan the migration of company data into INFO-Tracker using Netintegrity migration tools
